BE-Consult offers language services such as translation, proofreading, revision, retranslations and terminology management and various other related language services for the below stipulated fields of specialization, in which we have 30 years experience as technical translators.
We ensure quality by very strict rules of Quality Management, and delivery at the agreed deadline. Beside this, we take great care of using the correct terminology. For this reason each translation project goes through a complex preparation process, which ends up to a linguistic correct and readable translation that meets your high expectations and ensures your complete satisfaction of our services done.

We answer immediately to your request within our office hours. On request
we will send you our non-binding offer after we had to opportunity to see the
documentation for which you request our translation or language service. We
consider an order to be placed as soon as we have received a written order from the customer by e-mail and have confirmed the order of the customer in writing.
a. For all linguistic services that are not to be completed within one day,
we accept cancellations made within 24 hours, counted from the date and
time of our written confirmation of the order, regardless of our office hours.
In this case, the customer pays for the service that was performed until then.
b. Urgent translations and language services that have to be delivered within
the same day can be cancelled at the latest 1 hour from the time of
order and only during our office hours.
c. Please note that you must send a cancellation for a translation that has to
be delivered the very next day on the same day of the order within
our office hours.
If the customer fails to send his cancellation in time, 100% of the order
value will be charged because the service has already been completed in the

How should the abbreviations in the text be given: in the form of a list at the end / beginning of the documentation, bilingual …?
If errors or other discrepancies are detected in the original or reference material (translation), would you like to be informed?
Does your company use certain terminology or a database with explanations to products and technical terms? If so, can you send it us?
Who is responsible for proofreading? If this is to be done by us, what should be read correction: only the translation, or should the translation with the original be read (two-eye principle)?
